I've got a short break coming up and my confirmation email said that the e vouchers for the trip would be emailed to me 7 days before the check in date. It's now 6 days until then and I've not received the email. Is this normal? Do they mean it will be emailed within 7 days of the check in rather than actually 7 days? Or should I contact them

The last couple of times I stayed at ATH I got an email 10 days before the stay.

It should be 7 days before your check in date rather than within. If it's theme park tickets you're waiting for, give the short breaks team a call and they'll help you out. Give them a ring on 01303490007, there's normally not too bad of a wait to get through.

I am planning a trip to Alton towers in October and was hoping to book the dungeon but when I went in the website every day was blanked out is this because they are all fully booked or just not released yet

Welcome! I've merged your question into the Quick Questions topic
As the planned easing of restriction on the 17th May has not yet been confirmed, you won't find any bookings for the Dungeons at present. Once the restrictions changes are announced and the limitations on their operation worked through, then you'll see tickets go on sale. How far in advance they'll be on sale for is another matter, but it should only be another 2-3 weeks until we get further details now.

Has anyone had any recent experience of using Tesco Clubcard points for tickets?
Can you use them against the online prices? Or do they force you to use them on full-price day tickets? (wouldn't put it past them...)
Also, can they be used against a parent/toddler ticket or is it just standard adult day tickets?
Thank you!

Use this link and click on book now to see what the ticket price will be on a specific day when using Clubcard vouchers. Bear in mind the ticket cost increases the closer you get to your visit date. You can’t use them against parent/toddler tickets, just one day adult/child.

As far as I can tell, Spinball doesn’t have scales on the platform, and there was no weight restriction last time I checked, so as long as the restraint closes, they should be OK!Going Towers next month with a mate who has put on a fair bit of weight during lockdowns (like most of us). Does anyone know how stringent the park are at enforcing the 111kg weight restriction? Does they have scales on the platform like on Fury?
Don’t quote me on the weight restriction, but they certainly weren’t weighing anyone when me and my mum rode a couple of weeks back.
Alright I've got a problem currently with greying out easily on rides. Most rides I go on these days it seems to happen and its really frustrating as I had never greyed out on a coaster before covid. Do you think that masks may have something to do with it, or do you think I need to see a doctor as I get it regularly when standing after lying down

I'm no doctor, but I have suffered with low iron and anaemia before and that is a common cause for losing vision when standing up too quickly etc. It also affected my g-tolerance, so I'd recommend getting it checked out by a doctor and they may suggest a change in diet or recommend some iron supplements if that's the causeAlright I've got a problem currently with greying out easily on rides. Weight tolerance of 111kg? I weighed over that a couple of years ago and never had a problem. I'd go as far to say as that's not even that big.Going Towers next month with a mate who has put on a fair bit of weight during lockdowns (like most of us).
