Theme Park Worldwide

TPW has absolutely being going great guns this week doing a park every day showing off the new updates and any construction works, he hasn't been going on many rides (especially at Legoland) because he can just go back on a school day.
I do however want to point out his tribute to Prince Phillip in today's vlog which I really like.

Has anyone else noticed he has lost weight recently?! Looking very swish...think I have a guilty crush on him! My partner jokes that we are in a thuple with the guy as he’s always on the big screen.

Funny you should say that, in some of his later "lock-down" videos he did this year where he was indoors just talking to camera I noticed that he didn't look well at all in some of them. He does look a bit better in the videos he's done since the parks have opened. I'm not overly keen on him (especially after all the stuff that's come out over the last 18 months and stories I've heard) but I would never wish ill health on him. Hopefully if he was ill, he's getting better.

I remember seeing a post by him on social media around February, declaring he lost two stone over the holidays.

Shows what a diet consisting mainly of theme park food does to you.

There are usually healthier options available at parks if you're willing to seek them out.

Of course if the only foods that you like are dry hot dogs and fried chicken then you're not exactly going to be in peak physical condition.

Don't forget the Mezzo Mix.

Just make yourselves some sandwiches or whatever and take them with you in a back-pack. Not hard at all.
That’s what we’ve done for about the past 2-3 years; even with MAPs, I think it’s been a good couple of years since we last ate on park. We went to the RCR for an evening meal in 2019, but other than that, I’m struggling to think of a time that we’ve eaten lunch from a park food outlet after about 2017/2018.

I have removed a post, and the subsequent responses, concerning very strong personal opinions of those involved with TPW. This forum is public, and no place for such comments, as has been said many times in here previously by other members of the TS team. If we can go back to the actual content produced by Theme Park Worldwide, that would be excellent.

Thanks.

So in other words, no freedom of speech? about right.

It's not about freedom of speech. It's about being polite and kind towards other members of the wider theme park community, and where appropriate, being constructively critical about their work.

A friendly reminder of our member expectations:

Respect for the wider community said:
Just like our own members, we think other communities out there and their members should be treated how you’d like to be treated by them in return – courteously and respectfully. After all, we all share the same passion of loving theme parks and rides, we just all have a different way of showing it.

And that’s why we ask you to remain respectful and courteous towards other communities whilst on our forums, across our social media, or even on meetups. Of course we know there will be discussion and perhaps even praise or criticism for others thoughts, ideas and ways – but we ask you to remain respectful and rational, otherwise you may see your posting rights affected again… and we really dislike doing that too, as it happens.

Just remember – treat people how you’d like to be treated, and you (hopefully!) shouldn’t go wrong!

Please feel free to drop me or any other team member a PM if you'd like to discuss this further. This is the end of the matter as far as the public forum goes, so let's return to discussion about the content produced by Theme Park Worldwide, please. :)

Oh boo hoo

On a much brighter note , TPWW this week have been to all the London Merlin Attractions , and tomorrow there’s a video coming about the history of the Towers . It seems focussing on just Shawn and Charlotte has been great for the channel, not to mention the lockdown helping them to diversify and think about what content to post . They also are great listening to the community , one example is their recent food blog / guide of Towers !

And tomorrow they are releasing a long-requested history of Alton Towers video

Edit: sorry missed it in your post
Edit (following Morning): Here it is and I love it!
