New member and transport question.

Hello one and all.

New member here. Thought I'd say hi and hope you're all well.

Just a quick question regarding on exemptions at Alton Towers.

I am exempt from wearing a mask, do I just need to show my lanyard at the park entrance and as well as the rides, or do the park supply you with one for the day?

Also what is folks experience of using the Stafford train station travel to the park?

Any feed back would be appreciated.

Mask excemption wise you need to go to number one towers street (on your right as you walk in, admissions will point you if you ask) to get an excemption card to show rides and shops if asked, be aware this will mean you will be seated on certain seats (usually last).

I'm exempt myself, on my recent visit I didn't get offered a card when I collected my RAP, and my own exemption lanyard was accepted everywhere. :)

Whilst that's usually how it works officially ride hosts can refuse entry without a park issued excemption, there's signage stating you MUST get an excemption from TS.
(Not that I think it ever has been an issue but you might as well ask for one, they ask for zero proof)

Ah that's interesting, that's for the heads up. Not seen the signs though.
Last year the staff member in GS saw my lanyard and asked if I needed one. Staff member on my last visit didn't say anything.
