Stephen Mulhern is currently in and around Great Yarmouth filming for the new series of "In For A Penny"

Me and Stephen go back to before he was famous. We saw him filming yesterday and he spotted and recognised me and came over and we chatted like old friends. Jess interrupted us and said that she wanted a photo

I am not saying you're old @RoyJess but isn't there a bit of an age gap between you and him? Although granted he's always looked like he's 12 years old but is probably about my age.

Accoridng to Wikipedia Stephen is 44, so older than I thought!

I first met Stephen back in the 1990's. He was shorter than me, now he has grown taller than me. So 44yrs sounds right, which makes him around 7 years younger than me.

Wow, he looks like he's still at school. I stand corrected but I'm sure @RoyJess is as equally well preserved and youthful looking

Thank you.

I've taken a few minutes each day to look after myself. I started using moisturizer when I was in my early 20's. I keep fit by exercising twice weekly. I don't over indulge on food or treats. I burn easy, so I use sun screen which is also good for anti ageing and if I can walk it, I will walk it instead of taking the car.

Plus I need to keep my self looking good for my beautiful wife who herself looks a lot younger than what she really is.

Yeah 24 years ago he was a red coat at Butlins Minehead and he was challenging Teens to try to beat him at street fighter 2 on the arcade. He was putting the challengers off by pulling faces and telling jokes. None of us could beat him. During the break you would see him doing his street magic. It’s good that now his famous and like Ant and Dec on lots of things on ITV his still going back to his roots to do live shows at Butlins.
Glad he had time to talk to you and your wife and have a picture taken.

I always found the controls of Street Fighter 2 quite challenging. If it was Mortal Kombat 2 however, I reckon I could've beaten him and polished it off with a fatality
