What's your favourite condiment?

Condiments. In other words, sauces and other things that us Brits love to smother on our food, but what's your favourite? My go-to condiment is ketchup, I don't like any others. (Yes, I'll admit that I haven't tried the Sheffield staple that is Hendo's)

I cannot cast my vote, because the Samourai Sauce I had at Gardaland is not on there…. That was the BEST on a cone of fries I got from near Oblivion: The Black Hole!
