Re the platform - there are quite a few more signs waiting installation including one that just simply says “Observation Platform” - they are currently just behind Sub Terra’s entrance gates.

On another note, it’s such a shame the park upkeep isn’t even a quarter as good as it’s marketing, because that’s one thing they get pretty spot on every time.

I’m just glad it’s something unique. We all could probably change things to our own preferences but it’s just nice to see them put some more effort in and retain the idea of nemesis not just having a standard one colour paint job.

Whatever they do there will always be some people that aren't happy.

I hope it's paint though and not vinyl/decals that will peel off in the first frost.

Reverting back to the original story of the track being the monster's tentacles, I hope they have remembered to change that in Sub-Terra's pre-show video.
Also I assume the supports will be grey then.

Interestingly enough with the track looking to have a blood vein pattern across on it, this would go very well with the fake track on the Nemesis monster in which will help add to the feature of the creature have it's insides appearing and could help make the connection of it looking more part of the creatures than even what it was before with the bone track of before.

Do wonder what changes the monster will be getting?

Some effects that inevitably only work for a while, such as smoke and monster breathing audio would be good.
They had some great audio on its closing day after the fireworks of monster sounds/rumbling! Sounded great, so I kind of expect them to intergrate that somehow. I’m sure we can expect a new soundtrack from IMAScore, however I do hope they keep elements of the original soundtrack if they do change it, kind of akin to what they did with inferno and colossus’ scores.

It’s hard to fairly judge something like the track when it’s not up and integrated with whatever new theming Merlin plans on installing.

However, based on what we’ve seen in the video, I have to say that perhaps controversially, I’m not a fan of how the track looks with the veins. I actually think that plain black could have looked more appealing, or perhaps something more akin to the colour scheme the ride originally had. I appreciate the effort, but something about the painted on veins doesn’t really appeal to me, personally.

Nonetheless, it is hard to fully judge based purely on a 1 minute video, and I confess that it’s not something I should properly judge until the track is up and the new theming is installed. And besides, the track colour is a relatively unimportant detail of the overall ride experience.

Ok, I take it back what I said about the track...the veins on it look amazing and helps make it better than boring black though unsure what the support colours will be although is it me or do they remind of the red weed from War of the Worlds?
The supports will probably be dark grey as per the RAL code teaser.
