Strange questions that sometimes need answering (or not asking in the first place really).

It must be all of the straining involved to force it out. Gotta take your time and let it come naturally. Especially at work :)

A girl in a former workplace claimed her uncle coughed, sneezed and farted at the same time, and broke a rib due to all the internal pressure. Nearly broke a rib myself laughing at one.

Is there too much sport? Everything feels like its been completed and nothing feels like a special moment anymore. I guess I just feel fatigued with a lot of sport and everything in the news oversaturated AI clickbait driven nonsense. Maybe I'm just getting old 😂

Naaa I feel the same. Too much sport now. I just like watching the football/rugby league at my own pace. I don't need to be told to put a bet on constantly. I don't need to see the latest interview from a player. I just want to go, see them play for 90/80min and leave.

Now Wrexham are in League Two, you will feel they are playing too much football since they're in the League, FA Cup, Carabao Cup and Papa John's Trophy (absolutely no one cares about the Pizza Trophy).

Wimbledon seems a bit **** this year. Halep out with failed drug test or something. Serena was finished several years ago. Even though she's not very good anymore, my fave Muguruza is out with mental health (love her figure). In the mens Djokovic is massive favourite due to no Nadal or Federer. Even the contriversial Kyrgios is out injured. Had to put a couple of bets on non-favourites to make it interesting.

Aww we won the pizza trophy in 2005 back when it was the LDV and Ben Foster was twinkle in Fergusons eye. Good times! But yeah I see your point.

I just find now if you can't watch it live, it's instantly spoiled so I stopped catching up. You can't buy a single package to watch most sport any more, it's all too fragmented and ruined by the circus.

That's a point I curved my accumulators and betting on sport this year. I hadn't event realised Wimbledon was on ☹️

The pizza trophy lost most of its credibility when they added the U21 sides.
On the sports subscription front, they charge ludicrous amounts. Sky Sports is now £35 per month despite subscriptions to equivalent networks overseas costing far less and including all the matches.

Football is slowly heading towards an online subscription service. The issue is the law that states no game can televised at 3PM Saturday.

How is it far simpler to watch a game of football at 3PM in the premier league abroad, than it is here. The country where it is based. Throwing good away.

I know there is the argument that a Barnsley fan may not go to oakwell because Bournemouth v wolves is televised at 3. But come on.

The pandemic proved the audience is there. Reduce the cost. Make it more available.

Stop putting out sports behind expensive pay walls.

When the country is completely ****** with public services decimated, why do people still vote Conservative?

When it suits their needs locally I guess? The ulez is such a contentious issue, and such a financial burden disproportionately to poor and lower income voters who historically Labour would have been fighting for not hitting hard, that it could feel like what needs to be done. Khan is risking pushing a huge lump of the population in and around London away from a labour vote.

Because the people who vote Conservative don't use those services...they go private, or don't use public transport, or just don't care.
Boris's fresh member got in by fighting against ULEZ.
Selfish rich nimbys.

'The rich' in those areas won't give a **** about ulez as they have new cars that won't be charged. Labour are destroying their core vote over this down here, and Starmer not only will not step in he won't even give an opinion on it, which really isn't helping.

I agree but seems to go both ways. Most people I know, vote what their parents told them to vote and they have only changed allegiance when it has inconvenienced them. Most of the time it's just a wasted vote or going through the motions.

Having gone private for the first time, the doctor who couldn't see me this year, now has space for me next week. £75 lighter for the excess and exactly the same service.

I suppose as I'll be jumping the queue about a potential disability and I'll be on my own, the best way to describe it here is I've got Fast Pass, Single Rider & RAP all in one.

Sorry, double post, but different topic, so to speak.
Old Trafford for an ashes test match.
Why oh ******* why?
Manchester?
Might just rain...
Bright blue skies this morning.
