Just a wild thought, but given the project name is "Project Sunshine", what if it's Teletubbies themed?

Looking at the plans a bit more closely, I can't see how Get Set Go Treetop Adventure can possibly be staying. A rough overlay between the plans submitted to the council and aerial photos suggest its layout would clash with the new coaster's drop, as well as one of the theming elements

It is possible that this could get shortened although I think we need further details first.Looking at the plans a bit more closely, I can't see how Get Set Go Treetop Adventure can possibly be staying. Me speculating, could the Postman Pat ride system move over to the Get Set Go site?

That would be a blast from the past! Teletubbies was on CBeebies when I was CBeebies age, and I’m turning 22 in July!Just a wild thought, but given the project name is "Project Sunshine", what if it's Teletubbies themed?
As @Poisson said, I don’t think that would be massively feasible due to the aerial nature of Get Set Go. There’s a fair bit underneath it, including the Something Special Sensory Trail (?).Me speculating, could the Postman Pat ride system move over to the Get Set Go site?![]()

The teletubbies babies baby could ride it first … be about the right age
Aren’t they rebooting them though?
Obviously this is all speculation, but if this does end up with parents being forced to stand in a two hour queue, surrounded by small children, with constant teletubby noises going 'Eh-oh' on repeat, before having a 5 second roller coaster ride, before all the kids burst into tears when it finishes after 5 seconds... then this could be the most depressing theme park ride ever. The teletubbies babies baby could ride it first … be about the right age

I think the April fools joke a few years back, ‘baby rollercoaster’ looked more interesting than this!
Could the maintenance building be a show scene before the end of the ride?

Good point, I didn't think of it that wayAs @Poisson said, I don’t think that would be massively feasible due to the aerial nature of Get Set Go. There’s a fair bit underneath it, including the Something Special Sensory Trail (?).

There probably wouldn't have been much space on the ground.

The maintance building is confusing me somewhat as well, if it was one train they would probably just store the vehicle in the station similar to octonaughts and pretty much all other single train rides. I don't think it is a pre show, interior plans show a rolling shutter into the ride area, so would be a strange one.I think the April fools joke a few years back, ‘baby rollercoaster’ looked more interesting than this!

It is probably too short for 2 train ops though as not much benefit would be gained I did consider if they had some sort of swich track / sliding track on the station and running the ride similar to RMT, but there doesn't look like there would be a way of crossing the track and it would seem to be too narrow for any sort of overtaking, it dose seem strange to me for them to have brought a second train just to plop on if the other one breaks or is inmaitanence especially considering octonaughts, RMT and others don't do that, the only time I am aware of that is parks that are open 365 as one train will be getting rebuilt as the rest are on track so could this be futureproofing?

A real baffling choice of layout, even a bog standard helix would have helped and you have to wonder what goes on when planning these rides at Merlin.
The only hope that this layout can be altered this early on in planning as this looks too tame even for a kiddie coaster and one for is for certain this celebrity won't be the wee RMC many suspected this would be so out goes that theory.

It can, it's Merlin.A caterpillar coaster would be more thrilling
It’s clear there is more to this than the layout - let’s be honest. It can’t be this crap
I’m with you - why replace a tracked ride with this piece of shite (going off the plans only)? Why not just save money and retheme Postman Pat into a more current CBeebies character themed ride.A caterpillar coaster would be more thrilling

There has to be more to it.

Am I the only one now that I think about that even before a shovel has gone into the ground or the plans have even gotten any approval that we hate it already, even it admittedly we aren't the target audience, which I find more hilarious than the layout being poor.
