Blackpool Pleasure Beach: 2025 Discussion

I am quite shocked BPB don't do anything for their coasters anniversaries (I think AT did the smiler take over for smilers 10th, retracked nemesis for its 30th, although I recall it often just being a pin or something with <year> on it)

Having an anniversary thing for their coasters I could see being right up BPB's alley, you could get some news air time and bring peoples attention toward BPB but they don't really do much (It was PMBO 30th last year, apart from a bit of track, I don't think they did anything)
Was really suspired there wasn't something big for PMBO 30th, could of easily made a pretty penny from it just like with the Dippers birthday. Still hoping for that anniversary train with the old livery on, just got to wait another 9 years to see if it happens :tearsofjoy: (fingers not crossed)

Yeah coaster dad posted a pic a while ago, if you've not seen his channel or Facebook page you should definitely subscribe.
Shame we don't have new trains or even much retrack work being done.
I do wonder what future awaits the ride especially with a lot of money already tied up in other big projects.

New details about a behind the scenes tour of Valhalla have just been posted, £250.

I'd love to do it, especially since ive never been evaced before, but £250 is pretty expensive for what it is.
" Note: The tour does not include admission to the park. Guests wishing to remain in the park following the tour and food service must have a valid e-ticket for admission to the park for the date of the tour."

£250 and they're not even including park entry :tearsofjoy:

Sure I did this with dippy, shakey and scotts lot about a decade ago...for thirty odd quid wasn't it?
Entertaining...but not that money entertaining.

£250!!! That's crazy "Disney tour" kind of price. I'd at least expect a park ticket and Speedy "everything". I'm sure people will pay it, but at that price you just open yourself up to negative reviews. And ONE ride - should be unlimited FP rides, so you can "re-imagine" the walk-through.
