Disneyland Paris/Parc Asterix June 2026 - any tips?

I think 1 day at DLP is - ambitious - if I'm honest. Now that it has 2 gates, you need a full day for Disneyland Park, then at least half a day for Studios or whatever it's called now, and ideally another half-day at Disneyland Park to tick off anything you missed. Leaving at 4-5pm would be a mistake (on the first day at least) - you really want to experience the park after dark and watch the closing firework show to properly experience it.

I imagine the resort might be rather busy as well as the new Frozen area opens in March and lots of people will have been waiting for that to make the trip - even more reason to give yourself as much time as you can. Although you're at least looking at a term-time week with no major French holidays, DLP is always popular.

DLP isn't really a place for cred-grabbing; you should try to get on everything particularly the dark rides. On the other hand, there'll be very little at Disneyland Park that wasn't there the first time you visited - they haven't added anything significant in over 20 years. At Studios/Whatever, Tower of Terror cannot be missed.

If your parents are not keen on doing a second DLP day, I'd strongly recommend getting dropped off for a second day on your own to do Studios (ideally with a parkhopper ticket), while your parents do something different. They'll enjoy Disneyland Park more than Studios anyway.

Asterix can be done in a day but I would avoid weekend dates completely. There is the bronze Filotomatix which enables you to queue virtually for some rides if it is looking like it might be busy. We visited on a Friday in May 2023 and were expecting to need one, in the end the weather was exceptionally rubbish so the park was deserted.

I am told that we will be having 1 day in each park/resort (so 1 day in Asterix, 1 day in DLP). I’m wondering if one day in DLP in particular might be very tight, so I was curious to know; how can I best optimise things in each park/resort? What are the absolute not-to-be-missed draws? As a coaster counter and (as much as I don’t always care to admit it) slight coaster person at heart, I would probably prioritise coasters over other attraction types, but if there’s a really compelling non-coaster draw that’s absolutely not to be missed, I could be swayed.

The main issue will be Crush's Coaster, which always has an enormous queue no matter what. Could be worth purchasing a fast track even if just for that ride if you're able to? There's also a single ride queue i believe...

Of the non-coaster rides i think the best are Tower Of Terror (as you mentioned), Star Tours, Haunted Mansion, Ratatouille, Peter Pan and Pirates of the Caribbean.

Oh and obviously you'll have the new Frozen attraction too.

Will be fairly busy i think at that time but it's term time in France at least.

I think it's possible to get all of the above and the coasters done in a day without Fast Track if you're there for the full 12 hours, otherwise virtually impossible. Would also be a bit of a rush job which perhaps takes away from the magic of such a park.

Update: I see @NuttySquirrel has suggested a second day so i suppose i'd counter that by suggesting getting a full fast track for everything which would probably be cheaper than a second day. But obviously if your family are going on rides too then its potentially 4XFT which might not be viable. My friend actually recently went to the park on her own (just the main one) and got the FT meaning she got on everything she wanted in about 5-6 hours. You're literally turning 60 minute queues into 10 so something to consider if a second day is impossible.

This is also the conclusion I came to. Of course with variable pricing for everything you'd have to run the numbers yourself, but when I went at the end of last year the unlimited Fastpass for a single day was about the same price as a single-day parkhopper. Not having to pay for a night at a hotel and a second day of the very expensive and very mediocre food would probably tip things in favor of just going for the one day with Fastpass. With Fastpass you could knock out "Disney Adventure World" in about an hour, maybe 2 hours max once Frozen is open, and this has the added benefit of having to spend as little time in that park as possible.

Make it a priory to get as many rides on Toutatis as possible because it's a world class coaster. Rope drop it and get a front row ride early on as the queue builds up throughout the day. Also no one seems to know the single rider queue exists for the first couple of hours of the day so you should be able to get plenty of rides in with a minimal wait.

That will then give you plenty of time to enjoy the rest of the park at a leisurely pace. It's a nice circular layout so you can get around all the coasters easily enough starting with Oziris and ending with Pegasus Express.

And then back to Toutatis when it will be nicely warmed up.
