Paultons Park: General Discussion

The difference in quality of built environment is really stark compared to all Merlin’s recent additions. Materials, landscaping, finishes, colour palette, fencing, theming elements, architecture all far ahead.
The difference between a family run park to corporate parka.

That is why family run parks are superior.

Though Merlin tend to build larger eyecatching centre pieces

The Drakon vehicles have arrived!

Can't wait to ride Raven and Draken get the interaction moments off both rides.

Do we think Draken will have a rolling pre show on the ride ti get the story started

I must say I really love this new area and really enjoy and like the detailing of the theme about it. Drakon and Raven look excellently themed, especially the latter formerly Cobra. Valgard is another big winner for Paultons Park!!

I know we all knew it was there from the plans, but that hang time at the end is absolutely mental for a coaster that's supposed to be kiddies first inversions step up.

I have higher hopes for (eurofighter comparitive) comfort now, not because I expect the train or restraints to be any better, but because the layout doesn't seem to have any of the really snappy transitions that cause the worst of the problems. Fingers crossed.

It does “look” very smooth going round compared to the existing UK models.
