Now just 4 weeks of paranoia that the trip gets cancelled due to the war and’/government shutdown .

You'll be fine travelling that way my friend.

I know quite a few people who have been done over though with trips to South East Asia and flying through the gulf states.

It’s more the jet fuel shortages and/or the fact that there is an actual shutdown with airport staff there currently.

Sure it’ll be alright, I’m just a worrier as I’ve been looking forward to this trip for a year now!

In the same boat as head over early May so trying to ignore the media hysteria about fuel shortages and potential flight cancellations etc... Doesn't help that last trip I booked out to Orlando was for 2020 which got postponed for 2 years
