    Offsite bookings seem to allow you to add a 2nd day for £10pp before checkout.

    It appears that Shark guests still get 2 days entry, but packages for offsite hotels only get 1. Is this where the confusion is coming from?

    Possibly, I'm guessing marketing don't want affiliates to confuse guests.
