Haunted House - Behind The Scenes Documentary
Sorry if this has already been shared but it is a brilliant documentary (fittingly released this saturday) made by Peter (Euro Theme Park Archives) which has such amazing footage, interviews and a tour with Wardley himself. I know a lot of work went into this so it would be great to visit the...- Stuntman707

Coronavirus
I hope when restrictions are lifted, people continue some of the new habits going forward like having hand sanitiser readily available in shops & venues, hand washing and feeling less hesitant / self conscious about wearing a mask in public when you catch a cold.- Stuntman707

London Entertainment Resort: All Discussion
The main thing it shows to me is that the London Resort is at least something that has the attention of Merlin if nothing else.- Stuntman707

London Entertainment Resort: All Discussion
I understand your point, but surely it is the planning inspectorates job to ensure the application process is done properly and fairly. Not the interested parties having to moan to the inspectorate that they’re not doing it properly.- Stuntman707

London Entertainment Resort: All Discussion
Merlin have sent a letter of concern over the planning process for the London Resort. Most people seem to agree this comes across as anti competition. In a way it does show how Merlin thinks The London Resort is now a credible threat and not just an investors wet dream. Now it’s got Merlins...- Stuntman707

Thorpe Park: General Discussion
I could see DBGT working as a small Dungeons style attraction if / when Derren Brown is removed. Does Thorpe really need to aim at families when Merlin have Chessington and Legoland in such close proximity? I think Thorpe just need a solid, originally themed coaster like Wickerman at Towers.- Stuntman707

Why has the UK been seemingly unable to top Nemesis?
I think budget and restrictions are a big factor in the UK. Although Nemesis may have not been designed the same if they could have built higher rather than lower. For me Stealth is one of the most thrilling coasters in the UK but Nemesis is better as an overall experience. As for the future...- Stuntman707

Thorpe Park: General Discussion
Just done Black Mirror today. It feels very much like a modern fun house. The layout changes so it is genuinely disorientating. And it has some good effects. I can see this being very popular for a “walkthrough” attraction actually.- Stuntman707

Thorpe Park: General Discussion
DBGT just has an unreliable, expensive transit sytem & VR with unconvincing graphics. They should have got a horror game developer to do the story & graphics IMO. I'm convinced there is still a long term place for traditional rides with theming, lighting, smells, animatronics & effects. VR can't...- Stuntman707

Coronavirus
I think we've reached breaking point where if we don't open in a managed way, a lot more people are going to loose their jobs. I think many businesses are reaching the end of their financial reserves now.- Stuntman707

Crisps - TS Favourite Flavour
Safe to say Salt & Vinegar is the favourite. So far Prawn Cocktail takes second place and Salted for third.- Stuntman707

Crisps - TS Favourite Flavour
Crisps, the delicious golden crunchy snack everyone enjoys. I want to know once and for all what Towers Street's favourite flavours are. Also should Merlin stock more savoury snacks at the parks or are Pringles and sweets enough?- Stuntman707
