Crisps, the delicious golden crunchy snack everyone enjoys. I want to know once and for all what Towers Street's favourite flavours are. Also should Merlin stock more savoury snacks at the parks or are Pringles and sweets enough?
Not a regular crisp buyer but if I do I'll go for most obscure limited edition option. A Crisp Hipster if you like. Or Nik Naks.
Ready salted in joint first, the dullest of all the flavours. So dull it barely even is a flavour. And you lot are supposed to be thrill seekers? Pah!
Salt and Vinegar can burn in hell. Although balsamic vinegar Kettle Chips are passable. Cheese and Onion is probably my default, but I do also love limited editions. The current Walkers Yo Sushi Katsu Curry flavour is pretty good as is the Nando’s chicken flavour.
With Walkers, probably smokey bacon or roast chicken. I can't stand cheese and onion or salt and vinegar. I used to have to leave the room if someone was eating them. Others I'm weird with, I'm pretty sure I like the taste of prawn cocktail and barbecue but the smell puts me right off. Same with beef and onion except I can get past the smell with them.
Salt & Vinegar, Sour Cream & Chive and also Beef and Onion. I'm not seeing much love for Beef and Onion in the poll though. What is wrong with you people? I agree with Pluk, Ready Salted shouldn't even qualify as a flavour as it is just bland.
My mum used to buy no frills ready salted crisps from Kwiksave when I was a kid, I remember putting actual salt and vinegar in the crisp packet giving it a good shake, just to taste something haha. We weren’t the most well off family as you probably guessed.
I like to mention also Walkers Tomato Ketchup which I noticed is back on the shelves now. Also flamin' hot monster munch and Wotsits. As well as pumpkins and AT, flamin' hot wotsits were a true sign of Halloween, until they stopped making them a couple of years back, and are now part of their range all year round! My favourites (apart from the above) are salt and vinegar, prawn cocktail (show me a tub of Pringles and they are gone) and BBQ.
Nik naks. Forgot about them. Used to love the scampi flavour. Personally any crisp you can lick the flavouring off usually gets my vote.
Lamb and mint crisps definitely are amazing. But in normal crisp rotation can’t beat quavers or Worcester sauce French fries.
Are we allowed salt and vinegar crisps with a pickled egg and Worcester sauce? Or do we need VAR for this one? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
