I feel the energy at the Towers – May 2025
My last tour involved my second visit to Alton Towers and my first time to Energylandia. So my first flight destination was Manchester, then a flight to Krakow and back to Germany with trains. For Towers I stayed again at the Chained Oak. Alton Towers I chose a two day ticket again. The...- Doxical

Energylandia (Poland): General Discussion
I have gathered several informations for my visit, but different sources say different things. a) I think this one is outdated but I'm not sure. Do you get four speedpass/fastpass(?) with your ticket? Sort of you can get a timeslot at a machine near the start of a queue. b) How good are the...- Doxical

Energylandia (Poland): General Discussion
I kinda have a follow up question from the topic before. I'm also going to the park from Krakow. The park website shows me two options inculding bus and train. Which would be better? And is the bus a direct shuttle bus or a regular one to Zator?- Doxical

Wintertraum is very beautiful and it's a shame if you can't appreciate it due to a full park. I had the chance to visit on a weekday a few years back and the queues were smaller than on a wednesday in june.- Doxical

Euro-pa-park and I trip my coasters until they drill
I know the title was a bit of a stretch. About three weeks ago I made a journey to the south of Germany to visit Europapark and Tripsdrill. I gave EP two days and Tripsdrill one day. Using the public transport went surprisingly well. Europapark It was my first time since 2000. I remember we...- Doxical

Where is your local park and how often do you visit?
I live in Berlin, so the next theme park is Karls Erlebnis-Dorf Elstal. Their biggest coaster is a family coaster by abc rides. This park is one of many family owned parks themed to strawberrys. I visit approximately 2-3 times a year. The next big park would be Belantis near Leipzig. But my...- Doxical

Trip Planning: Information, advice and questions!
Hello, I would like to know a few recommendations regarding places to stay. The city Rust would be the closest option obv, but I don't know about affordable hotels. Then again I can't drive so I am forced to take the public transport and Rust is kinda small and has only bus stations. I looked at...- Doxical

Heidi/Hansa vs Parque Attractiones/WB Madrid?
For me I haven't done Madrid but Heide/Hansa. You're probably aware that every park will be very busy in august and I can imagine Hansa Park will have many summer guests because of its location at the coast. Hansa has Kärnan and Novgorod but I heard Gotham is top class too. So for coasters alone...- Doxical

Forbidden Valley: Future Changes?
I hope they update/change Galactica's theme since it doesn't use VR anymore. I was thinking about a connection to Nemesis. They could even keep the space theme. My idea: another company alongside Phanlanx that investigate the origin of Nemesis by flying through the universe (Nemesis is an alien...- Doxical

Heide Park
The new attraktion will be a darkride named "Dämonen Gruft (transl Demon Tomb)". Located near Flug der Dämonen. And of course it has a dark theme. Merlin never misses. I hope this got the same scary vibe like curse at alton manor. https://www.heide-park.de/en/daemonengruft/- Doxical

2024 Theme Park Trip Plans
I haven't set anything in stone yet because of work and private stuff. It's a bit complicated this year. I talked with a friend to visit the netherlands for Walibi Holland and Toverland (at least; maybe Belgium as well). I hope we can do this trip this year. I'll visit friends in Wien this...- Doxical

Phantasialand: The irregularities and irritations of one of Europe's best parks
Geister Rikscha is one and done same as Fengshu Palace. I find Crazy Bats a relaxing ride, but yes I would recommend Winjas as your first place to go. One time I went to Black Mamba first and got a few rerides without queuing again, but that was during a quiet weekday.- Doxical

I was able to do my very first night rides during Wintertraum. The amount of lights and effects are beautiful especially in Klugheim and Rookburgh. They benefit from this atmosphere. And like John_P said, you'll experience the rides on Taron in a very special way. Make sure to get first row to...- Doxical
