Do you have to wear it when in the queue or just on ride?I'm not sure if it's just me because I have several badges stating I'm autistic but the person Manning the smiler entrance doesn't appear to be prompting people about masks.

Take it from that you are in the park and now just waiting on rides opening?
Time did they open the gates if that’s the case?
Enjoy regardless, will be keeping an eye on queue times from afar in advance of visit on Tuesday

Masks are required on Smiler and the other coasters according to Towers. Staff at the station may send people back down if they don't have one.

I get that but it would make sense for hosts at the entrance to prompt people.Masks are required on Smiler and the other coasters according to Towers. Staff at the station may send people back down if they don't have one.

Is it a large queue by size, or numbers+size? Not hugely impressed so far only 2 out of 15 ticket windows open and a massive queue.

Not in numbers, if there were more windows open it would move quick. But I'm about half way through and I've been here half an hour.Is it a large queue by size, or numbers+size?
