There is no valid reason to not accept the vouchers, unless they are claiming the current days open are “events” which would mean the vouchers aren’t valid (and helpfully allowing them to make £10 instead of £5)Just an FYI that someone on the Merlin FB group tried to use their £5 voucher yesterday and was told that they couldn't. Disappointing, as I can't think of a valid reason for them not to apart from $$$

Surely someone should just follow the Merlin playbook and keep saying "terms and conditions" at them. As yep, the only exclusion printed on those tickets, is special events (concerts and mazes).

Ah well; I probably won’t end up using them anyway, to be honest, as I never usually buy Fastrack! I think the only time my family have ever bought Fastrack was for Smiler in 2014, although we did get free ones following a Wicker Man breakdown on its opening weekend in 2018 that we used on Thirteen.Just an FYI that someone on the Merlin FB group tried to use their £5 voucher yesterday and was told that they couldn't. Maybe they’re not allowing the use of vouchers because they’re concerned that they might sell too many Fastrack tickets to operate Fastrack safely under COVID-19 regulations or something? Would certainly be a plausible explanation, and I’m sure they’ll let you use them eventually when restrictions are easing.

Queue times still look long according to the app but I expect that to fall next week once all the kids are back to school. It's strange seeing even Duel with a 10 min queue!

kids are back today, from looking down my local road

Judging by queue times though it looks like quite a lot of children are still out. Especially at Thorpe where Saw has a 180 minute queue (I didn't know when I was well off)
Yes thorpe seems to be the busiest I've seen it in a long time, certainly busiest day this year. As for towers, it's dropped off every week which is good. Queues are reasonable today but it's definitely busier than yesterday. Most schools go back thursday or friday so clearly everyone's trying to get a last minute trip. They've clearly let way too many people in at thorpe though with those queues

Enterprise is testing and has been added back to the queue times on the app.
It’s opening could be imminent.
Edit: it’s open!
Yes this is good news as it's only operated for less than a week so far this season or maybe a little bit more from frequently checking the app!

Thirteen and Wicker Man have been down all day though, as well as The Smiler keep closing due to hitting capacity. Not great.
EDIT: Enterprise is actually closed at the moment to say it's just re-opened.

So arguably the UK's biggest standalone Halloween event Tully's Farm has officially been cancelled for 2020, making it all the more obscure that Towers are pushing on full steam ahead with Scarefest mazes. I really don't see how it's going to work.

Anyone heard anything on what's wrong with TH13TEEN? It's been down quite a bit recently and it's been closed all day.

I would guess AT think that they can still run the event with reduced numbers and cover costs, as the profits come from the entry fee to the park and the other spend. Whereas Tully's would need to make all their money from maze entry and don't have the other income streams.

We had a nice day, thank you! I must admit it seemed noticeably busier than my last visit in July, but we had a nice day; we got 6 rides in within just under 5.5 hours (Rita, Thirteen, Hex, Congo River Rapids, Duel, Oblivion. Got there at 10am and left at about 3:20pm).@Matt N how is your day going at towers so far. Shame your favourite wicker man is shut
Yes, I was slightly disappointed that Wicker Man was closed, but it can’t really be helped!
