2022 Speculation and CBeebies Land additions

It actually looks like there might be more changing in CBeebies Land for 2022 on top of what we've already discussed.
I've just spotted this article from the Leicester Mercury this morning, which also talks about two more new shows in the Big Fun Showtime - a new Hey Duggee show called “The Map Badge” and a new show featuring Bing (who is also getting some new rooms in the CBeebies Land Hotel).
They also talk about all these additions being part of "a wider, exciting re-imagining of the UK’s only CBeebies Land", which will also feature a brand new 'CBeebies Bug interactive trail' around the land as well as a refreshed entrance portal.

Just think since CBeebies opened it’s had more attractions added than the rest of the park put together. It’s keeping the area fresh and adding attractions that the new generations watch on CBeebies.
I do think now they open at 8 or 9 most days during the season the coasters will struggle now they not get the filler attractions to keep the queues down.

Yeah I agree it's good they are adding stuff to cbeebies it's been quite a few years since it's had something new and it could do with a little refresh. It's an important area of the park.Good to see they are still adding new stuff a lot for Cbeebies. They know the money spinner it is for them I'm sure.

Arguably the most important area of the park really as it's the only area that isnt reliant on weekends or school holidays.
Would be nice to see some major TLC being spent on the rest of the park though.

It may well be the most important area of the park. Kids are definitely harsh judges, I know I was anyway. I agree about the rest of the park and think we may well see the rapids looking a little nicer than last year but probably not much else.Arguably the most important area of the park really as it's the only area that is reliant on weekends or school holidays.

I completely agree, I also think the characters could do with a jet wash as last time I saw them they looked quite dirty. It is weird how much In The Night Garden has aged compared to the models in Peppa Pig World which are over ten years old now and always look new.I hope they also look at repairing the animations throughout In the Night Garden over the closed season, most of them need attention as the ride is currently very static

I second this actually.I’d happily volunteer my time to jetwash theming features across the resort, Im not the only one I’m sure

Haven’t Alton Towers bought Flavio’s Fabulous Fandango,or a permanent model? If so this permanent addition could open in addition to the CBeebies Land upgrades. A Twister would not take long to erect,Alton could officially announce this permanent installation at a further date.

That's the most sensible and realistic thing you've said for a while.Haven’t Alton Towers bought Flavio’s Fabulous Fandango,or a permanent model? A Twister would not take long to erect,Alton could officially announce this permanent installation at a further date.

The Retro Squad and Flávio's Fabulous Fandango have been taken off the ride list on the site - so potentially not

It's probably worth mentioning that Flavio never made it onto the website in the first place last year. The Retro Squad and Flávio's Fabulous Fandango have been taken off the ride list on the site - so potentially not
It's weird though that they've manged to removed Retro Squad but have still left up the other attractions that are being replace this year.
No @rob666 I think you've got the wrong idea. You see they are part of the general theme of Alton Towers to fit with medieval house they have decided not to give modern luxuries like hot water. It's to give the guests a more realistic experience.Never mind the flats and their possible replacement...
Do you think they will bring hot water to the toilets this year, to celebrate the coming of modern plumbing?

Hot water in the toilets…. How dare you.
I reckon they will yes, but at an added price of £1 per shit.
