[2024] Europa-Park General Discussion

Eruopa-Park have confirmed to Parkerlebnis that Wodan will in fact be getting some GCI Titan Track, but only on the entry in to the final breaks. It really does haul in to the breaks, so perhaps not overly surprising that there is high wear here.

I’ve seen on the websites for Europa Park and Efteling they have age restrictions as well as height restrictions. Do they enforce the age restrictions, and if so, how?
 
If the child's height is borderline when being measured they will ask about age. Otherwise not really.

(With the exception of Valerian & YULLBE VR which are age restricted first and foremost.)
 
A look at some of the maintenance work taking place across the park ahead of the 2023 season:



In the final photo you can see the extensive work that has been taking place on the Santa Marian ship which is being partially re-built. The hole in the ground toilet is gone (forever? Who knows) but hopefully this indicates that the Magellan Lounge will open once again in 2023.

Can also see there is some kind of work taking place on the log flume in that final photo.
 
I saw on the Europa Park website a few months ago - two day tickets to the park plus a day at Rulantica as a combined package. I can't find it now - has anyone got a link or has it been taken down?

The webpage isn’t live yet but the preview already visible in Google searches.
The new location of the former Ikarus balloon carousel on the pond by the English area won’t see the ride included into that area - instead it will be a mini area in itself - “Liechtenstein”
 
A lot of false dawns with that upstairs bar reopening, so let’s hope this time it’s more permanent.
