Apparently they were told at the behind the scenes tour the trains were due on site 2 weeks from then, so will likely be on site next week. Testing should start shortly after.

Could 24th May be a potential opening date? It's unlikely to be ready until around May (looking at current progress and Thorpe citing March as earliest testing time) and it'd be the perfect way to celebrate their 45th Birthday!

Always great to see an opening date! Just in time before the schools have a cheeky half term as well. Hoping to head down in June and ride it for myself. Can't imagine it'll be long before it starts testing.

Also there is now a two visits for £49 ticket, with the first visit being on or before the 23rd May and second before 30 September (so no Fright Nights). So you can do a visit before and after Hyperia for a pretty good price, saves at least £16 and potentially £30.
