2025: General Discussion
Stick some winter tyres on itMonorail won't run if there's an ice risk
What Xmas should be:
Mutiny Bay
CBeebies
Hex with Xmas Overlay “A Very Merry Hexmas”
Christmas Carvery in Towers St Family Restaurant
Chained Oak
Ice rink on the lawns ft small Xmas market/stalls
VIP offering or small market inside the lake side conference centre
Gardens Open and lit
TWODW - GG, 4D cinema featuring either a stage show or 4D show, reopened Dungeons plus Project Horizon (assumed indoor family thrill coaster)
Santa visit inside the Towers following a small temp walkthrough attraction (inside the main dining room at dusk alongside a large indoor tree)
Evening show/panto in the hotels conference centre
Two large land trains used to ferry people to/from hotels and monorail station
They’re not far off but can get it right if they pull their fingers out

It doesn't really need a Christmas overlay, especially since the fairy lights on the branch are far more garish than the ones I put on my Christmas tree

And the Earl cries out, "You'll address me by my proper title you little ********!"Add the 15th Earl of Bublé

Well, it’s been an odd season to spectate.
Didn’t even use my pass once.
I didn't visit AT either this year (except the Water Park). Have no plans to next year so will be 2027 at the earliest.

I had one singular visit at the start of the year, it was an impromptu visit that was decided the night before. Glad I went as it was one of the best ‘regular’ days I’ve had on-park. It was my first visit since 2021, as I got tired of the same ride lineup.
I’m open to visiting the park again next year, but have no active need to go back unless friends/family want to do so as a meet-up (eg, not as a nerd). My relationship with the theme park has changed drastically since COVID, whilst not a lot has changed in the ride lineup. Also being a local to the park means I see adverts and signage on the daily, and regularly walk in the area. Walking in the woods, hearing a roar and thinking “oh, it’s just The Smiler” is pretty funny.
Although the passion for theme parks has been reinvigorated with my trip to Liseberg, and has pushed me to other international theme parks next year. So the next time I visit Towers, I’ll potentially have a vastly different perspective once again.

Went 3 times this year. Didn't have a bad day, but since most of my visits tend to involve a lot of CBeebies I get to avoid a lot of the general problem areas around the park (with added RAP). Walliams World is an absolute dead zone though and needs a
severe work doing.
Little one has developed a love for Nemesis. And is very excited to go back next season so I don't have much choice in the matter.

It's impressive really how an entire day can be spent in Cbeebies Land definitely the area with the most rides for young ones to do.Went 3 times this year. Wish the other areas would equally have as many attractions as Cbeebies Land does.
When I was younger my time would be between Storybook Land, Old Macdonalds Farm and Cloud Cuckoo Land

I don’t understand why they can’t add small play areas into some of the other areas so that the little ones have something to do while their family is waiting in the queue for the bigger rides (Paultons and Parc Asterix is a great example of this!).
A small nemesis themed play area would be a great addition to Forbidden Valley and could go where The Blade was.

100%. Filling in The Blade’s pit couldn’t have been cheap. It was a ready to use flat ride location with existing queue line and a power supply so it seems crazy to fill it, even if a flat isn’t going to be going there for a few years. Or ever, now.I don’t understand why they can’t add small play areas into some of the other areas so that the little ones have something to do while their family is waiting in the queue for the bigger rides (Paultons and Parc Asterix is a great example of this!).

Aside from a minimum of 3 additional flats, the park desperately needs some free flowing play areas, just like there used to be in Ug Land. As you say, theme them up to their respective areas. The Phalanx Training Facility, Forest Fun, Kid’s Sector….it’s really not hard.
