So it seems like the remainder of the Entertainments department is being phased-out when the Christmas period ends, with RWS taking over all entertainment across the Resort from 2026 onwards.
Also the in the formerly Rides department, there are no longer 4 operational ‘areas’. As guests we probably shouldn’t notice any operational changes next season though.

I mean if the best you can do is get a job with reform UK it suggests you are either not well respected in your field and desperate for a job or your morals are so low you actually want to risk your career to work with them.
It also perhaps highlights how right wing many theme parks/groups actually are when you scratch the pretty surface.

We went to the water park yesterday. Despite being advertised on the calendar as “hotel guests only”, tickets were on sale and honoured. Tickets are on sale for various other similar dates.
It was the emptiest I’ve ever seen it which was nice! Got parked right outside too. So they’d be mad not to still sell tickets.
There was a bus operating from the hotel to take people to the park rather than the monorail.

Yeah, I don't imagine it would have much of an impact on the parkI mean if the best you can do is get a job with reform UK it suggests you are either not well respected in your field and desperate for a job or your morals are so low you actually want to risk your career to work with them.
I also hate having business people in politics, they are often quite selfish and aim to cut taxes for themselves / their frends whilst cutting services for "efficiency". Don't get me wrong normal politicians aren't good, I just find this narrative of business people being able to make it more efficient is false
Also politics isn't business There is a completely differnt way of negotiating and working, for instance an agreement between France and the UK is about as good as the paper that is written on, as ther is no authority with can hold them to account. As america is currently finding out.

And the negativity from thoosies shows how many of them are left wing...quite funny that.It also perhaps highlights how right wing many theme parks/groups actually are when you scratch the pretty surface.

Enthusiasts have the same spectrum of political leanings as any group.
As the UK population is broadly speaking left of centre and socially liberal then you would expect the same distribution in any major grouping. People think the population is majority right wing socially conservative but reform are only polling in the high 20’s. First past the post distorts minority opinion to majority control in our politics (in all 4 directions of the political compass).
And I wish the world would stop associating left and right wing with social policy, left and right are purely about economic policy, Reform actually pretend to be left wing (they are not but the say they are), their current focus is on winning left wing socially conservative votes.
Anyway topic completely off now

I’m quite enjoying all the new Christmas theming and decorations this year, is there not a topic discussion page on this somewhere?

So no more north, west, south, west teams or whatever they’re called nowadays? Preferred the old waterbabies names etc before they changed to that banning convention anywaySo it seems like the remainder of the Entertainments department is being phased-out when the Christmas period ends, with RWS taking over all entertainment across the Resort from 2026 onwards.
