This is cool, the train features an accessible row!

It has removable side panels for easier access, plus additional seatbelts.

The main thing from my perspective is it brings more guests in so we can get more rides

Unfortunately in the real world of Merlin, bringing in more guests means more queues which means fewer rides.

I know it isn’t complete yet…but that Astro turf looks shocking.

Agreed. Shame they didn’t go for actual grass as they have underneath Spinball.
I suspect this was seen as a lower maintenance cost option.
Will have to see the finished product of course.

Better than a mudpit at the base unlike Minifigure Speedway or Hyperia.I know it isn’t complete yet…but that Astro turf looks shocking.
Looks fine from pictures and other parks have used Astro Turf

Whilst it probably is a decision largely decided by budget, the astroturf doesn’t surprise me because it’s very much in-keeping with the astroturf hills around Big Fun Showtime opposite. So it won’t stand out landscaping-wise with the rest of the area. Astroturf also looks pretty evergreen, which fits the ‘fake’ nature aesthetic of many CBeebies programs.Agreed. Shame they didn’t go for actual grass as they have underneath Spinball.
