I’ve no idea but it’s right on the main road. I’d imagine it could be additional staff parking for the spaces they are losing to the Bluey coaster?
No staff parking has been lost for the Bluey. The footprint of the coaster doesn't encroach onto the administration building parking.

Well it won’t be anything guest related since, it’s on the main road and adjacent to the staff road in between it and the CBeebies land itself.
They have a business plan?
