Probably worth pointing out at this point that Ride Times isn't an official app, and the official Alton Towers app doesn't state the same info.

In fact on Alton Towers app Spinball has now been removed all together, but Wicker Man remains, suggesting they are still working towards it opening.

Yeah that's a fair point, although Spinball has been removed from Ride Times as well.

I'm not very happy to see there's no pass holder slots for today or tomorrow but yet everyone is still welcome to pay for a ticket.
Wanted to get some wicker man rides in tomorrow.

Didn't they say they were going to stop this situation from happening? Didn't they say that if there were day tickets still available then pass-holders wouldn't be turned away?

I'm able to book today from the pass holder prebook hub but tomorrow is greyed out

I remember they said this not long after restrictions were lifted after Covid. Up until today, I've not heard of anyone not able to prebook like this. But then again, I'm not actively looking for posts on socials from people who can't!

I had a glitch yesterday on the passholder hub whilst booking for today where it said there were no spaces, but it gave me a slot after a tried a second time. It might just be a glitch, try again maybe.

Ah interesting I tried again just now and both days are available, weird glitch.

Same here (Gold MAP). Tickets are definitely available to buy too, that’s very poor.

Might check in the morning to see if tickets are still on sale. If so, I could have a drive up there and see if they want an argument about it on the gate

Have you both tried doing it twice as this has at least in two occasions successfully solved the issue as documented above.

Sorry for making this conversation go round in circles, but it is a bug but it is not fixed! This was with a gold pass 2 minutes ago using an in-private window! Something is clearly not right on the booking site at the moment.

Yep, still doesn't work for me. Though it will let me book tickets for today despite the park closing an hour ago so that's nice.

Yep, still not allowed to book tomorrow. Will maybe just turn up without a pre-book if the weather isn't too awful.

Another positive change; The Box Office TV screens have been replaced, and look great!
