Well, I have had a response to my complaint. Needless to say it is very much in keeping with the level of customer service experienced during my visit

To think I used to visit once a year before realising Europa Park was a thing.

In fairness you can have an adequate visit at the right time of year, but it shouldn't have to be that way.
