Yeah available to buy at that price even if not renewing, still undecided as to get this or get Liseberg pass yet mindLooking at that email, it looks like anyone can get a pass at that price, rather than it just being renewals?
If so, think that's the first time they've offered that

I just like the convenience of having the pass so if I'm visiting for a few days I can just pop into the park for a few hours. Like now if I get the train to Blackpool I'd do the merlin attractions or other bits in the town centre and then get to the park say for 12/1pm. If I'd paid for a ticket I'd be wanting to get there as early as possible.
Last year with the partner parks a visit to Emerald and Europa Parks cost about what I'd paid for the pass.

I went to Blackpool today for the 1st time in 15 years with my sister, daughter and nephew and we got in the park around 11 and left 6:45 and we managed to get on all the big rides with my nephew’s easy pass but in the time the rides expect for Icon, Revolution and Avalanche the rest were so rough.
With the re-tracking of the big one what have they done to it as that was my favourite coaster and now it’s the worst with how rough it is now and how much I was thrown around.
Also what is with the 1 train operation on everything except Icon and Avalanche.
The park looks so empty now with all the rides that was neither closed, SBNO, removed or was having maintenance.
Shame you can’t upload pics anymore as took some of the construction site and the area where Grand Prix partly was.
Highlight of the day was definitely the Velvet coaster Wetherspoons. I got to say that is the 2nd best Wetherspoons I ever been in and the food and drink was excellent and the price was even better.
I knew the rule for no picnics in the park but can’t believe they made my nephew drink the whole of his coke before they let him in.

BPB have got so bad for one train operations. It’s been going downhill for about 15 years, but it’s just absurd now. One train operations on coasters on the last week of August during nice weather. That would surely have been unheard of 10-15 years ago?

I was in the park on Monday for the first time in a couple of years, spent the morning in Nickelodeon land with my wife and 18m old, finally took her on some little rides for the first time, then when they left at lunch time I went for the bigger rides, I had the speedy pass got for my birthday so got on everything I wanted to and more in a few hours, most of the big rides had 30 - 40 minutes queues according to the app when I was joining the speedy queues, though Icon and Big One were often closer to 40 - 60 when I looked.
I went on Valhalla last thing before leaving the park and that was on an 80m queue, this was around 3, 3:30pm ish, though even with speedy queue it probably took 20 mins to get on the ride with others in the speedy queue and then getting mixed into the regular queue after the turnstyle.
Icon, Big One and Avalanche were all running two trains, Icon the second train was still boarding when the first returned to station, big one train was dispatching when the first hit the brake run, and avalanche the one time I rode it the second train was approaching the top of the lift hill as I entered the station.
I didn't ride Infusion or notice if that was on multiple trains or not as when I rode it last in 2023 I said never again due to pain from banging my head on the OTSR, the only time in 20 years of riding coasters I've ever wanted to get off one!
I had second to back row on National, which wasn't too bad, followed by back row on Big Dipper, which has left a massive bruise on my knee! Also had back row on avalanche later in the day, front row on Big One, Icon and Revolution.
The park itself was busy, busiest I've seen it, but its only the third time I've visited, but when I left the park and crossed to south pier to get onto the beach to walk back to our hotel by north pier to meet up with the family for dinner (And partly dry off from valhalla...) - I've never seen the prom or beach itself so busy!

That's one of the knomes from The Curse of the Were RabbitWasn’t there already a Norbot from the latest film at the end of the ride? Or am I confusing that with something else?
I thought I saw one when I went in April.
So its just 4 static statues, which is slightly disappointing.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm sure a few months ago they officially announced they were adding "new scenes". Still a welcome addition though.

I wasn't expecting anything more than that to be honest.
I just couldn't see them spending a ton of money on a completely new scene or animatronics. Not without closing it for three years and then reopening it as a new reimagined ride !!
And on the subject of "reimagining" (which really means - closed for an extended period to save money), I can't see river caves reopening till 2027, when it will be unveiled as the "New" ride that year.
