Is it true that people attending the VIP event will only be able to ride Aviktas once? (I hope not)
I don't remember the Icon preview event, but does the park / ride open all day, or just for a few hours?

Don't know, hopefully it'll be a fun event. The one for the Big Dippers 100th birthday event was really good.

There’s a fair bit to catch up on here, so: -
- I expect the preview rides of Viky will be just the one, as were Icon’s It wouldn’t surprise me to see them selling a second ride during, such as they also did with Icon.
- There seems to be a collective amnesia with the new Flex pass ticket and the hailing of it as the return of pay-per-ride. A very similar system was in place right up until covid, where you could buy individual tickets for each ride. Icon for example was 9 tickets (translating to £9) if memory serves. I expect a similar level of pricing with this new ticket.
The point I suppose is that it’s not a return to the 90s, just an expensive way to access the park, because unlike nearly everywhere else that has a PPR system, you pay a significant amount for entry and then a similarly high price per ride.
- As for referencing the new ride as Viky - there was absolutely no chance I was ever going to call it that - at least tuntil I found out it means I’m a raving misogynist. I’ll also be sure to only ride PB Express when the engine being used is Geoffrey, and not Carol Jean.
