Why do my local chip shops never have fish cakes ready when I walk in? Shouldn't they have prepared them and warmed them up earlier?

Hex will be back. The drum is being repaired as it cannot pass H&S inspection while it is unable to park correctly, and as far as I am aware, the interior is also getting a bit of a refurb while they do this. Hopefully will be back open towards the end of the year, but definitely should be back next year....
