This thread may as well be named 'duel's broken effects'.

Haha yeah it should have its own topic. Not that much discussion would be needed, I mean given the state of Duel now the cost of repairing all of the effects and a complete overhaul of the lighting systems it would be cheaper just to bulldoze the entire building.

The ride system seems in an even worse state than the effects tbh

It's always had issues from the day it opened. The cars are ridiculously complicated, just look at the amount of electronics that's crammed into each one. Over the years various effects had broken and Alton Towers never bothered to fix them. It's getting to the point now where all the broken effects, broken targets and bright lights are starting to spoil the ride.

Given the state of the park, I think it would be easier to just rename this topic "Thing's That Actually Work" and then we can start a list. I reckon it'll be short.
