The plans appear to show a tilt track, which Uncharted has but the Studio Tour does not.Oh really? What aspect?

I'd say it's a combination of Studio Tour and Uncharted with some unique elements.
There's almost certainly will be a spike (Uncharted seems to have one from videos), an outdoor section very similar to Studio Tour, a dark ride sequence and there would certainly be a rollercoaster style section to it.
I wouldn't be surprised if there was unique elements like in Uncharted like the sideways drop/launch or even ones that haven't been seen before.
The planning documents do appear show a station designed for the Uncharted cars.

Uncharted doesn't have a tilt track. Only a turntable.
