Chessington World of Adventures Resort

I'd say it's a combination of Studio Tour and Uncharted with some unique elements.

There's almost certainly will be a spike (Uncharted seems to have one from videos), an outdoor section very similar to Studio Tour, a dark ride sequence and there would certainly be a rollercoaster style section to it.

I wouldn't be surprised if there was unique elements like in Uncharted like the sideways drop/launch or even ones that haven't been seen before.

The planning documents do appear show a station designed for the Uncharted cars.

I havent seen it on this form, here is what appears to be the layout:

Looks slow.

here we go batman GIF

Looks short.

I know it was always going to be a fairly small coaster but it would be nice to have something that lasts longer than 30 seconds for once in Merlin's life

If it's anything like Movie Tour/The Mummy there will be show scenes not just a run of the circuit. The Mummy is an incredible ride so i'd be more than happy with that!

Depends how long you're sat on the motion table section for.

With the launch spike section too the throughput isn't going to be anything to write home about.

Uncharted does seem to have a longer coaster section, but is also a bigger building. Weren't going to get much else in that space.

I don’t think the ride will feel as short as some expect. A swing launch and spike, as well as a motion table, will likely make the ride feel longer than it looks on that overhead blueprint.

Don't forget the world's first - what can they do at Chessington that hasn't been done at Movie Park Studio Tour or Uncharted? Launch? Tilt? Rotate? Drop? Rise?

Genuinely intrigued

If you scroll down on Intamins site to where it shows the special track elements there are a number of different options Merlin could use from rotating teeter totters to side drops and bungie lifts. I am not enough of an expert to tell if any are completely unique on their own but I am sure Merlin can find a combination that could make it the worlds first indoor something or other

Good analysis here:

Few noteworthy points:

- Construction scheduled to be finished by December 2026 with opening March 2027
- References within the planning to the immersive sightlines of Super Nintendo World
- Intamin confirmed
- References within planning to Tokyo Sea Fantasy Springs and Indiana Jones level of immersive queue line theming for coaster
- RAP queue will bypass immersive queue features, a Chessington tradition lives on 😢

Judging by those plans they'll have to do a lot of work to make those indoor cattlepens of death immersive.

RAP will likely be split between ambulant and non-ambulant. Can see the position of the lift (which will once again be onload side, making it a faff to get off) on the plans.
