[Bugs Bunny voice] He don't know me too well, do he?You do realise Families provide more income to a park than any enthusiast or adult.
So banning kids from any park would be a bad idea your basically cutting your main source of income why do you think there are so many family parks out there

Probably steering this off topic but an Adults Only theme park or at the very least, Adults Only Theme Park evenings could be an interesting trial/experiment to do.You do realise Families provide more income to a park than any enthusiast or adult.

I was thinking that myself. Then I realised it would be quickly ruined by teenage scumbags.Probably steering this off topic but an Adults Only theme park or at the very least, Adults Only Theme Park evenings could be an interesting trial/experiment to do.

But yes, back to Drayton, before we get a spanking...
Hows this for an idea: Replace Buffalo (or whatever it's called now) with a family multi launch coaster, doing lots of speedy twists at low level over the lake. Maybe a single barrel roll to finish on? Could be tied in to this viking theme or whatever.

You've clearly never been on a park meet with merch runs and alcohol present!
You mean what the Bryan family promised us "soon" around the millennium because the Buffalo coaster was clapped out?...Hows this for an idea: Replace Buffalo (or whatever it's called now) with a family multi launch coaster, doing lots of speedy twists at low level over the lake. Never trust a park owner.

Now thinking about it, Gerstlauer Airtime Coaster like MecalodonHows this for an idea: Replace Buffalo (or whatever it's called now) with a family multi launch coaster, doing lots of speedy twists at low level over the lake. Perfect for that family thrill craziness

Yes.Would you rather for Drayton a Gravity Group Wooden Coaster like Wood Express or Gerstlauer Family Coaster like Mecalodon

Both would be brilliant!
I do, however, think that a woodie might fill a more discernible gap in the lineup. A Gerstlauer Airtime Coaster might potentially feel quite similar to Gold Rush, I feel.
Something like Wild Buffalo at Mer de Sable would fit Drayton wonderfully, in my view!

You could use Excalibur site almost Boardwalk like section of the park using a selection of classic rides alongside a wooden coaster rides like Dive Bomber and Helter-skelterWhere could a wooden rollercoaster fit in the park? It would be a welcome addition regardless.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the Excalibur site too close to houses to build a roller coaster there (from a noise standpoint)? You could use Excalibur site almost Boardwalk like section of the park using a selection of classic rides alongside a wooden coaster rides like Dive Bomber and Helter-skelter
I seem to remember people saying something along those lines, anyway.
Not sure it's right in the centre of the park and the lake is massive also other parks manage it with houses nearby in particular Pleasure BeachCorrect me if I'm wrong, but isn't the Excalibur site too close to houses to build a roller coaster there (from a noise standpoint)?

I think that with a woodie, I think it oughta be more like Megafobia, Wickerman or Twister than Wood Express because I feel the park definitely needs a step up from Gold Rush.
An Airtime Coaster could offer something very different to Gold Rush with it's airtime focus but I can see what you mean.
What I don't think we need is another rollercoaster that goes backwards
All parks should just ignore neighbours and do what they want its the reason we can't have more Fireworks Days at Towers or taller ridesI think a lot of people don't realise that maintaining friendly relations with neighbours is in the park's interest. Whilst they might be technically able to do something, they might avoid it for an easy life.
