Thomas Land has changed a lot over the years I take it one was pre expansion and the other was post expansion, then the other was the current one

It’s always been where it is now.

The reason the Thomas queue was moved as guests were queuing out the entrance and blocking the path ways.
The Right side of Thomas land has only had Winston added and the Thomas Exhibition moved from the Farm end.
