Screamscape have reported that Elitch Gardens may be preparing for a new coaster:

2013/2014 - New Coaster - Rumor - (11/16/12) Screamscape sources have reported in from Elitch Gardens this week, claiming that there appears to be some kind of excavation work going on next to the park’s amphitheater, possible near where the Flying Coaster used to be. From the look of the latest photos of the park sent in, it looks like they are well into the winterization process at the moment and have removed most of the coaster trains from the tracks.
