Energylandia (Poland): General Discussion

This is very much like Orlando; there doesn't appear to be an ideal time to visit as they will just keep investing and something will appear the year after. You can bet that whilst a trip next year is inevitable, something else will be being built upon arrival.

Yeah that's true. It definitely helps as well that Poland is closer than Orlando so it's less headachey financially and revisits are much easier.

Dear old Sandra is coming on nicely:

Good to see the accompanying area coming along so well also. Will be interesting to see the park continue a themed environment approach now and hopefully stomp out all the fairground tat.

I'm sure physics will be back with something to prove the next time a big storm rolls through the area.

I sure hope so, I love a good old fashioned cock up. What I love even more is the idea of some project manager marching around the site losing his hair over the mess that has been made. I must have sadistic traits.

I must say though, those supports are gorgeous!

Hold on, is that the Vekoma Junior? It looks great, lovely colour scheme too!

Were all previous wooden rollercoasters way over supported, or is there something unusual about the construction here which allows it to be so gravity defying?

It's quite a vast difference between this and other large wooden coasters in terms of supports.

This isn't too dissimilar to Goliath at SFGA (though on a slightly larger scale!), and that's not even one of their steel I-Box designs.
