EU funding for tourism. Due to expire 2020 so will see what things are like investment wise after. Also park is owned by one of Poland's richest businesmen who so say loves coasters so it's his pet project just like Elon Musk has SpaceX- basically his personal toy

I think if I was a rich businessman the first thing I would do is buy the old Camelot site and revive it! Ha! I can dream!

Anyone thinking of going next year, there’s currently a Black Friday deal on 2020 tickets.

That’s £21 for a one-day ticket, which seems ridiculously good value - although bear in mind the average monthly wage in Poland is about £700.

Thinking of going for a long weekend in may with the wife and staying in Krakow. Hoping this will be ready by then.

I know that things get built quickly in Poland, but I am doubtful that this will open in April.

Some of those supports look like they have damaged paint on. Wounder if there is any internal damage?

Probably just bashed around a bit during construction, I doubt it is anything serious.

The scale of that ride is absolutely ridiculous. Going to postpone my visit until the summer when it's open.

Is there any news on the Mine train coaster also?

October should be fine for the mine train as well.

Is the mine train coaster going on the plot of land behind the new launch coaster?

It is. It's quite literally an RCT2 park designed by a 5-year-old for the most part.

very much looks like it. Coaster plonked here. One there

almost like there is not much thought going into the actual layout of the park.

You can quite clearly tell where ride re-locations and queue line removals have taken place around the park, due to the uncovered concrete slabs and fence holes jotted around. Infrastructure was never a consideration; it was just a case of get things in as cheaply and quickly as possible.

Formula's queue line blatantly used to go straight down the middle of the ride layout and into the station building, for example. Now, a narrow strip of tarmac has been shoehorned in around the ride area and makes for unpleasant queuing in the heat due to the lack of cover for the majority of it:

    Blue - Old queue line
    Red - New queue line

The only section of the park that has somewhat of an organised feel to it is the strip from Hyperion up to Mayan coaster. Perhaps with the park expansion across the road now taking shape they'll give it some thought.

Long-term, something has to be done about the large influx of cheap tat that clutters the park and generally frustrating layout.
