It has since the park is now funding investments themselves rather than having EU funding for them (from what I understand)

I think they will end up selling off a lot of the tatty stuff soon. These rides aren't what brings in the crowds and still need to be manned and maintained which costs money.
They should focus on operating 9/10 of the better coasters and get rid of the rest.
