If you're wanting a little more than a Premier Inn: availability can be tough but like a lot of others on here, I really recommend the Chained Oak B&B.

It's much cheaper than the resort, does an amazing full English, and the service is brilliant. If you don't mind a walk through a field and dodging cow pats it's no different from walking from the standard Car Park. I'll probably only stay there from now on until the resort significantly improves their offering. Their cabin room is definitely the nicest but the standard rooms are also decent.

Really nice place that, also the bridge house next to The Talbot in Alton is decent. They do the best Thai food in the restaurant below that’d knock spots of anything available on park.

Yeah, I'd always prefer to stay on site, and im usually happy to pay a bit more for the experience, convenience etc but you gotta draw a line somewhere and ive reached that point

That was the price for Splash & AT. Cbeebies and lodgers were more expensive

The pods were cheaper but for what they are, far too expensive and I couldn't think of anything worse with 2 children in tow.

Ha ha ha oopsy yes for Scarefest we stay in the tombs - for the rest of the year we stay in the rooms
