LEGO Les Miserables and theatre project. (picture heavy)

For the record, the theatre itself is not a replica of Queens (mainly because the exterior of Queens is ugly as hell). It's a freelance design of a "generic theatre". So IF I did ever change the show, it would have to fit into this one... I'm not building another one!

I have been a lurker on Eurobricks for a few years, and usually check it at least once a day, but I'm not a member. I've been thinking about signing up though.

Time for another update. The auditorium is complete...
I've reworked the decoration above the pros arch:
Added the ceiling of the auditorium, complete with chandelier:
The space either side of the auditorium is mostly filled with stair cases. The ground floor has a boiler room on the stage right side...
And the stage door on the stage left side:
The first floor has a quick change area SR (not really worth a picture tbh), and the green room SL:
The second and third floors are the dressing rooms, complete with showers and toilets:
And the fourth floor has the dimmer room SR...
While the SL side has a tech store, repair bench, and crew room:
The whole thing so far looks like this:
18,012 bricks and counting.
The next thing to tackle is the front of house areas.
I've been thinking about what to do RE the design of the frontage. In real terms, this is a small theatre, but in Lego scale it is a massive opera house! Kelpie suggested a while ago that we base the front on The Old Vic, But it just doesn't seem grand enough.
Then it dawned on me. Without even realising it, what I've built so far bears an uncanny resemblance to The Palace... the original home of Les Mis! It seems fitting to base the design on that. It won't be an exact replica, but rather, "inspired by".

Quick question, guys: Do you thing I should change the flat areas of roof to black, or keep them grey?

It's been a while, but I have not left this project to rot. I have now completed the ground floor of the front of house module.
Not only that, but I've discovered that MLCAD has a built in screenshot feature, that takes much better images that LightShot. I've only been using this software for 6 years!
Here is the completed ground floor:
It's tricky to get a good angle to show everything inside, but this shows most of it:
Merch stands at either side, box office in the middle. Inner doors lead to the stalls, outer doors to stair wells. The grand staicase taking up half the foyer leads to grand circle and bar.
And here's everything so far:
As you can see, I've decided to go with the idea of basing the exterior on The Palace Theatre:

BUMP!
Things have progressed quite far since the last update. The front of house module is now complete. Infact, pretty much everything is now designed, except the barricades. (They are a pain because of all the odd angles things need to be rotated at to fit together.)
The first floor contains toilets (two cubicles in the ladies, and one cubilce and two urinals in the gents), the lighting booth, and most importantly, THE BAR!
This one shows the loos and lighting booth a bit better:
The second floor is home to the admin office (with photocopier, staff pigeon holes, printer etc), a rehearsal room (good way to use up a large area), and the costume workshop (with racks for costumes and two tables with sewing machines).
The third floor is home to a prop store, full of random old things from shows gone by. There is also a water tank and access to the roof.
The frontage of the theatre now looks like this:
As you can see, I've added a Les Mis billboard. There is one less tier of windows than the original Palace Theatre, but it is not intended to be an exact replica anyway. This image shows what my plan was. I think I've managed to capture the essence of the building:
