Hello, good evening, and welcome!

That's right, after a 3-year hiatus, the TowersStreet Member Awards are back! Here's everything you need to know...

This year, there will be 2 rounds of voting. In round 1 you can submit your nominations for each category, then the most popular will get voted for again in round 2 to decide a winner.

The categories are split into Forum Awards for topics and posts, Member Awards for individuals and Meetup Awards for our ever-hilarious socials!

New categories for 2019 include Best Europa-Park Related Topic and Best Newcomer (member signing up in the last 12 months).

Some rules…
  • You don’t have to vote for every award, just leave the box blank if you so wish.
  • You must be a registered member on TowersStreet Talk to vote.
  • No voting for yourself!
  • The only prize is a shiny TS Awards 2019 signature for your forum profile.
  • The awards are mostly tongue-in-cheek, and as such anyone taking them remotely seriously will be subject to being thrown into the Elz!
  • One vote each! You can’t edit your selections once submitted, so make it count.

And some dates…
  • Round 1, for submitting your nominations, will open on Sunday 5th January 2020 (that's today), and close on Saturday 18th January.
  • Round 2, for voting for your winners, will open on Sunday 19th January and close on Saturday 25th January .
  • Winners will be announced on Sunday 26th January, and signatures shall be presented shortly after.

To vote, you need to follow this link and complete the Google form in the "BALLOT: Round 1" tab at the bottom. You can preview all the awards available to vote for in the other tabs. An email address and forum username is required for your vote to be counted.

So, without further ado, it's time to get voting! :D

Good question, in fact I was thinking earlier whether it was clear enough!

You can define it however you like, but personally I would say that the best contributor is someone posts well and posts a lot, whereas the best poster could be someone that appears every now and then but always has something insightful to say. :)
 
Does this mean people have to remove their signature awards from 2014? :oops:

What time is the deadline for nominations tonight? I won't have a chance to do any thinking until I get home from work!
 
Well there I was all ready to nominate..... and then I saw it was a GOOGLE form.

You lot should be ashamed of yourselves.
