I know you didn't rate Apollo's Chariot but placing it behind the likes of the somewhat dire Anaconda and Avalanche at Kings Dominion!? Same with Oblivion when you have Griffon and Sheikra in your top 25. Any reasons for this? I'm presuming it must be based on how they rank in comparison to similar rides of the same model rather than truly against the other coasters, therefore making them seem worse than they might actually be. There's no way a horribly boring and bland Mack Bobsled is better than a couple of big B&Ms, surely?

I put all the coasters into categorys and Apollos Chariot was in the boring category. It really did nothing for me and I went on it six times to see if it would be any better on different trains or at different times. However upon reflection I think I might have been a bit harsh. I have moved it up slightly but not by much

Oblivion also does nothing for me as it is far too short. I ranked it at 87 last year.

Good news! Due to the frankly rubbish turn-out so far the deadline has been extended to 7th April, so there's now one less excuse for not participating.

Nemesis is back in the top 10 and The Smiler makes an impressive debut at #38, making it the UK's 2nd most popular coaster.

Fantastic to see Nemesis rightfully back into the Top 10.

Equally glad to see The Smiler as the UKs #2. Top 40 ain't a bad debut for it!
 
Very pleased to see that Shambhala has remained in the top ten particularly after many naysayers predicted it would plummet down the rankings this year.

Good to see Nemesis up there too.
 
I thought Shambhala would drop, but then again airtime coasters have always dominated this poll so maybe it shouldn't come as a surprise - I still think it's slightly overrated though.

A note about perennial favourite Bizarro - it lost top spot last year to EGF and has fallen further this year. It gets worse if you only consider people who rode it this year though - on current form it would drop to 11th place (note, however, that this is a less reliable method of ranking rides due to the smaller sample size).

PMBO at 235th is exactly where it placed last year - the only relevant fact about PMBO involving the number 235
 
Glad to see Nemesis is rightly both best inverting and inverted coaster. Seeing quite a few other coasters which were once in the top ten and then dropping out, when Nemesis has maintained a top ten position pretty much throughout, shows its class. However, it is strange to see how Kawasemi, Piraten and Mega-Lite are all placed differently. And, of course, it's also interesting to see how the rankings have changed.
