Paultons Park: General Discussion

Alton Manor Queue is still great it too is located in a Wooded Graveyard and I like how they reused the Crypt overhead as an entrance. Also look amazing at night

One of the comments suggested that the layout of the footers and general space seen means it won't be a coaster with a long train.... so on that note here are the updated predictions. Perhaps those of us with short trains are in luck!

Bit late to join but I'll put my bet on it being a Mack Stryker coaster if anyone wants to add me to the list. Might be wrong but what the hell nothing to lose.
 
Looks really good.

Iā€™m not certain the queue is comparable with Curse, Ghostly manor is a compact queue in front of the building. Curse is a journey through a spooky wood. Different aesthetics.

Curse building looks better but it benefits from not needing a vinyl tree scene to mask the building. I wonā€™t criticise Paultons for that as they repurposed a building whereas HH was built from scratch.
 
It does look like theyā€™ve hidden the warehouse well given the circumstances, to be fair.

Ultimately, the proof of the pudding is in the eating, and Iā€™ll be interested to see how the ride inside turns out. Based on what weā€™ve seen, Iā€™ll admit it looks quite promising!
 
I wasn't going to go to Paultons this year... but I fancy a park trip before my dissertation starts in mid-June and I live in a neck of the woods such that Paultons is one of the easiest and cheapest parks to get to, so given Ghostly Manor looks pretty good and I remember it being such a pleasant park in 2021, I'm mildly tempted to just go two years in a row!
