Plopsaland Belgium: General Discussion

Slightly odd question. In another thread i was asking about theme parks open in late November. Anyway i realised Plopsa would probably be open for the date i was looking at, which it is but when i went to see accommodation prices i noticed it was fully booked, which seemed most unusual! So i contacted the park who replied quickly that it was booked out for the World Championship Dance competition. The park is otherwise open but now i'm wondering if this would in fact be an awful time to visit instead of an incredibly quiet off peak day?

The schedule doesn't have the actual event starting till Sunday November 30th but it's basically booked out for a 12 day period, which makes me think there is so little accommodation in De Panne that they're using it for that rather than people entering the theme park.

I've found a link from when they did it in 2023 too and seems they used the parks theatre for the event! The plot thickens...

I dunno, often times events like this basically mean the actual park is dead because 90% of attendees are there for said event and aren't allowed to roam about much.

Yeah it’s hard to tell. The fact it’s booked prior to the event suggests people would be there setting up rather than coaster riding.

The crowd calendar for the same event in 2023 has the park as dead except for the weekend which was moderately busy, though admittedly far more crowded than any other weekend in that period.
