I don't know if I can link it in here but there was a unofficial website that showed the slot availabilities which said 1522 in total in the 14th and it varies accordingly by the day tho, the busier the day the more slots available, also lines up with the conversation with a staff member where they said the app is probably playing up because it'll be the first day with 1000+ people using it.
 
Merlin broken logic again. The busier the day the more passes available is exactly the wrong thing to be doing and causes issues. The only variable that should influence the number of passes available should be total ride capacity.
