I wonder what the longest non cattle-pen queue line is for a rollercoaster?

I remember Dragon Challenge at Universal having a seemingly never-ending queue line when it operated. When it was walk-on, it felt like that line went on forever!

I haven’t been, but I’ve also often heard Zadra at Energylandia mentioned as having a really long queue line.

Zadra's queue is insanity. It has a couple of optional switchbacks but not cattlepen iirc.
