In a move that makes me angry at the world, some witnesses to the Melbourne Show coaster v's pedestrian incident of a couple of years back are trying to sue for the trauma. For some reason they are suing the operator rather than the person who climbed into the ride are to retrieve their property and inevitably got struck by the train.

Back home, little boy falls from ride and sustains head injury at pumpkin farm event in Yorkshire. Few details (The Scum use a picture of a clown coaster in their article but do not state the ride type, so this is probably lazy and misleading stock image 'journalism'), ride removed from lineup.

Unfortunately the way society is now, if you're killed or injured doing something idiotic someone else is invariably at fault for not telling you to not be an idiot.

I'm not sure when it became the responsibility of organisations to educate people in basic common sense, I thought this was something parents were supposed to do.
