I believe action plans are being put into place to try and move forward and ensure consistency.

I assume the screen has been fixed? Was all the crockery spick and span?

Yes, the show was working and all the crockery and glasses were clean! The waiting staff were constantly bringing out clean glasses and plates!

Yes same experience here. The show was working, knives, forks and plates were all clean and staff were great and very friendly.

I quite like the place. We ate there earlier in the year and it was good.

Except the show - it’s too loud by far.

The only time I’ve ever eaten there was New Year’s Eve. Really enjoyed the food and the staff were pleasant. Like to add there was only us and one other family in there at the time. Maybe I should try it at peak
