Six Flags Fiesta Texas: General Discussion

Looks great !
Fiesta Texas is really starting to shine through from a not very interesting park not much more than a decade ago.
I was thinking last night that Fiesta Texas is quickly becoming more appealing than Over Texas.

Bump!
Who's Brave enough to ride the Sky Screamer FACE DOWN in a flying position?!

This is on for a limited time only as part of the Go Big Show on TBS.

Yeah I was thinking about that. There are only a few places for those too.I think the real question is who would be brave enough to face the queue for it? The loading faff will be detrimental to the throughput.

Looks fun. It's a shame they couldn't have this thing dive off the quarry walls, but whatever.
Will be interesting if this is the start of a closer working relationship with B&M for Six Flags, that was all the buzz when Great America opened X Flight but then nothing happened.

Looked great in the park when I visited in June. Pity it got delayed and I missed it, annoyingly the first time they announced an opening date it was mid June 4 days before I'd be there.
Be interesting to see what happens with Six Flags full stop, they've not done a chain wide announcement video since the 2019 for 2020 opening one and Dr Diabolical and Wonder Woman at SFMM were both announced directly by the parks themselves.

Cracking time if you live in that region with Fiesta Texas adding these, Sea World adding stuff constantly, and now COTALAND just up the road building Palindrome and Circuit Breaker.
Would love to go back to that region in a few years, maybe for an F1 race and get to the parks as well.

With the park opening a monorail this year there's clearly only one way to promote it...

That's genuinely one of the best promotional videos I've ever seen for a new ride.
I stopped watching The Simpsons at precisely the point when it moved to Sky, but that always stood out at the best episode to me. According to Wikipedia it was released in 1993, but it might as well have been released yesterday. I don't think many people have managed to capture politics as well as that episode does.
