It's pretty much the music that is played in the room while you wait before the lifts at the start. You hear it a lot if there's a delay in the video preshow starting. Probably plays in the video too but not sure.

I know that experience, they tell us to “watch the video” then nothing happens for like five minutes straight.

Same; a couple of years ago I was in the pre show room and before the video could start there was a technical issue and we all had to move back out to the batching area.
